Refund policy

We have a no return/ exchange policy. 

Only eligible return would be if your item arrives broken or damaged. You’ll need to report the item within 24 hours of receiving package.

If your return is accepted, we’ll replace item by sending a new one if in stock. If item is no longer in stock you will be given a refund for the item to your original payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
